Beancounters can never appreciate what dirty equipment actually costs the company. They complain how the drivers don't respect the equipment, the costs of maintenance of their equipment and why problems weren't identified sooner before it cost X amount in addition, and why the sales department can't seem to sell their service or products, but they'll never realize how clean equipment can solve all of their problems.
