Just curious...I'm pretty sure some of you folks used a pump-up sprayer when you first got started doing roofs. How did that work for you? I mean how long would it take to do a small 1-story roof, like 25x40 with a normal pitch?

And one more question...can you let your mix dry on the roof before you rinse it off?

A neighbor wants their roof done and I'm going to do it just to see how I like it.

Oh yeah one more question...as far as the ladders go, can you just rest a ladder against a gutter without doing damage and being safe?
