Pages loading too slow -

Used to load really fast..not any more. Been having trouble for the past couple of weeks. I have'nt done anything different, or downloaded anything abnormal (that I know of) that would cause a problem. All other web pages are just fine, just this site I'm having problems with. Seems to have started about the time all the forums were privatized. Anyone have any idea's? Maybe I should check my firewall settings?
