Kinda petty, huh John...

I have been sitting here for several minutes trying to figure out a tactful way to respond to your post.

Firstly, the hose is rated as it is by the manufacturer. I really don't care how they got the numbers, as long as they'll do as they say.

Secondly, I have had customers call me for blue hose, have offered them gray for a better price. They insist on blue, so blue is what they get.

Thirdly, I have never come on here and undermined what you or Paul post out of professional courtesy...I guess the focal word being "professional".

In addition, any time someone orders merchandise from me and has it shipped to them, they are charged ACTUAL shipping charges. There are no handling, packaging, or oops I didn't make enough on the sale charges added on. What UPS or FedEx charges, that is what the customer pays. Even the 2.5% processing charge for credit card transactions comes out of my profit.

You want to have or make a sale, that's fine. Do it. But do it in your own thread.
