HMMM..seems this offer had nothing to do with a registration or an existing registration and WAS ALL ABOUT A "LISTING"..You talk about "if not already registered with online store" as if it is ok that they are already involved with you over there and now your saying it a no go for folks already registered?, Oh you just mean if they registered on the forum it a no go?.. I never had no LISTING and if I had been registered on a store with you I would have likely had a forum profile/registration as well. Pretty much everyone that would now be considered eligiable for your offer would have had to call you or drum up yer email. Could be that I am one of the real few actually eligiable for the offer as I truly have not tried the product or had your info in my head. How many of these store people already tried your stuff Russell?

After you apparently changed your mind on pm being acceptable is when I attempted an email route through your 'feedback' email. Access to email addy's for you is not friendly. So is first one you give, way after the fact btw, the 'feedback' email? That where you want addresses sent to?. ----was the only available on that site unless tracking down a profile so that is where I sent to.

--I missed the registration nulling the offer, so I don't understand 'overlook'. Others, both existing and new registrations apparently didn't require being overlooked..they just received soap perhaps with no issue.
