Besides baby sitting a property with constant patrol or hosing them down does anyone care to share ways to minimize vagrants and bums from hanging around?
Did a complex this weekend and when I went back next morning there were bottles, cans, cigs, spit tobaco..basically all messed up! Complex manager wants to kill them all as they drive tennants away. The perticular complex is about only 50% occupied as it is with one being one of my floor accounts. I go to pick check up today and there was about a dozen just shooting the breeze around corner of building. Is rediculous and would just like to pass info along to manager if there are any good ideas.
