With my regional accounts I try to price them all the same. You make a little more or less depending on distance, age of store, variations in system design, condition of system, etc. Some stores may be exceptions to the one price rule, so price them accordingly and document why there is price variation. Adequate profit MUST be factored in to the equation. Keep in mind , you will be tying up a considerable amount of your time. Don't underbid. The only thing worse than an unprofitable account is 14 of them.
