Best Hood Vent cleaning pressure washer? -

Hello.
My name is Andrew and i am starting out in KEC and pressurewashing. Full time.
I would like to do it right from the first time so i'd like to ask you what is the best, reliable hot water unit? Honda? Landa? Delco? Price does not matter. I am planning to have it installed in the van. As far as i know the ballpark is 3500-4000 psi and about 4-5.5 gpm. What make/model?
Please advice me what i need to purchase to start.
