We are a tenat company for the last 10 years for a resort and casino in the Bahamas. We do the High rise window cleaning, Pressure washing of driveways, marble restoration, casino carpet maintenance. The whole deal.
Before this I was the supervisor for the contruction company that did the exterior of the building, which is exterior insulation finish system (E.I.F.S)
I have been asked to quote them on the cleaning of the building plus to change the caulking on the top an middle moldings.
Iam very familiar with working on high rises but have no clue on what to charge for the washing and the time it would take.
