Question Is Awing Cleaning an untapped market ? - Apr 20th, 03, 09:10 PM

Is awing cleaning an untapped market? if so why? Is it difficult? are store managers or owners unwilling to take care of there awnings? Is it too time consuming? Is the equipment too expensive? Is it difficult to market this service to retailers or homeowners? Please if you have any information pertaining to these questions--please share your thoughts.

We have found here that there are pockets of strip malls with them. Some have them, some don't.

If it were me I would approach some stores that are not chains first, get the hang of how to sell them and do the work, then go after the bigger fish with the chain stores.

Also try them as an add on sale to windows, flatwork and the like. Any of your services can be add ons to the primary service the customer is requesting.
