The business is currently incorporated. I have up to date books with all of the receipts of the equipment. You are off with your estimate on several of the items. I am currently out of town with my full time job and dont have access to pics but am including the ebay link for you to look at a few I posted on the site.

Things are only worth what someone is willing to give you for it. Used cleaning equipment is not worth much. Not too hurt your feelings, but it might be worth $4000.00 if you want to hold onto it for awhile, or $3000.00 if you wanna sell it quickly. I am wondering why you call it a commercial pressure cleaning set-up? A 5x8 single axel trailer is very small. I can get trailers that small brand new around here for less than $1000. Good luck trying to get that much out of used equipment.

I might regret chiming in But
He is trying to sell and He will soon see if he is priced to high(being the market the way it is) But most everyone prices high and when someone offers a fair price in their eyes they will take it.
If he is "asking us" if he is too high, we can suggest what we think to help him sell.
For those who are interested offer him a cash price (preferable privately) and you will be surprised how low someone will go if they want to sell.
People have to sell mostly because they need the money, you can't blame someone asking for top dollar to start with
As a fellow Pw ....good selling

Valid points. I made a mistake and listed it as a 5x8 trailer....it is actually 5x10. I appreciate your input but I will sell it for 6k if that is the lowest bid on Ebay. If not, so be it. I will continue to wash until I get to the point I can sell it lower. It originally was meant to be sold as the whole corporation with website, etc. but I dont think it will help anyone outside of Charlotte.
