these are two recent projects for me. I cleaned all of the masonry plus concrete and a couple of accidents from the stucco contractor.

I did not take these pic's, normally when i leave the landscaping is not done. I was able to get these off of my customers websites. I am waiting on landscaping on a handfull of other projects so I can get pics of them.

You should see all of the mahoghany in the entrance, very beautiful. Marble floors. However the parking garage I thought looked like crap compared to the rest of the building. If I paid the kind of money people put in these units I would make the general do something with the inside of the parking garage.

a real easy one. I called contractor on this one and told him that if i was him I would not clean it that it looked good to me. He said it was in his contract for me to go ahead. I rinsed building with water and sent him a bill for my original price of $1200.00. You don't get many like that
