Need some ideas - Oct 14th, 03, 10:34 AM

Hi everyone, I have the oppurtunity to bid on final cleanup of a new elementary school. I don't know the square footage yet but feel comfortable in saying over 75,000Sq Ft. I have not done any large commercial work as of yet and would appreciate some input.
I was thinking of bidding it at .20 per Sq. Ft plus $6.00 per window. Would appreciate comments about this quote.
