1. You'd better plumb the discharge...through a muffler. Those things are screaming loud without one.
2. Most relief valves are a steel drum bung with holes drilled in it, a long bolt, a large disc of rubber and a disc of metal, a spring, and a wing nut. Many are plumbed in at the blower with a tee. I have a fury system. I will try and get some up close and personal pictures of it, though I do not want to take anything apart...
