We care very much about the environment. Obviously you really don't know much about us or our business. We, like you, operate by the letter of the law.

It is also clear if you read what you wrote, that you attacked me, not visa versa. It started with your first post. Am I supposed to let you take a shot at me? You wouldn't tolerate it, so why should I?

BMP's Need to include all forms if we are going to write them.

Trucks get washed because of DOT regs. (safety) not cosmetic cleaning.

Just as you have your opinion and point of view, so do others. Mr. Hinderliter has every right to post what he is working on (or someone on his behalf), just as others have the right to post what they are working on with enforcement. If you take issue with it, why not help out to solve the problem.

We should be more responsible about stripping those log homes and make sure we tarp and reclaim all materials and water used in cleaning.

Here you go again, saying we should as well. This is a negatively contrived assumption and is postulated as a accusation that we don't care. Again, you have no idea of our operation other than basic knowledge which is not nearly enough to have any basis to support your statement.

Good for you, but I can remember you telling us and many others that reclaiming is not necessary and that all is required would be to divert to a 'dry well' which you seem to be under the impression exist everywhere in the U.S. That is mis-information, so tell me where your responsibility begins and ends? We don't have 'dry wells' here in Maryland.
We are certified in bmp's for the Chesapeke bay area water protection program and operate within the confines of them in addition to Maryland EPA regulations and WSSC clean water standards, so where do you get that you can make statements about us in the manner you have? I don't get it Ron. You attack our bmp's then try to say you were attacked!?!?

You don't ever hear us saying anything about you or anyone else's bmp's because guess what, we focus on our business and leave others to run their business as they see fit. We are not the environmental police, instead, we police ourselves.

I'm supplying him with data so we can make some hopefully changes.

Rod, we all should be concerned. Time and time again BMP have been written and only hurt the industry witch provides you and me our living. perhaps you might have a different view if you could no longer restore homes?

I have always considered Beth and you as Freinds from the day you started. I have help you and done nothing but try to help you along your way.

I didnt realize you would take this to heart, I'm not joking about maryland and the BMP's. I was told , they are being pushed and possibly it may effect you. Thats the last thing i want to see.

Possibly more good people being hurt by something that can be avoided.

I'm clearly agaist BMP's being written the old way. ( residential will be included) it will only hurt the market.

Now do you know why I mentioned maryland? its not personal, its my life too.
