Logistical problem - Sep 17th, 08, 12:46 PM

Running into a problem. I have been doing fleet washing for a few years for a very large co. I have to rove the lot & pick out dirty equipment. The lot is so big the wastewater doesn't go anywhere & evaporates. The lot is also old and doesn't have drains just a slight grade. So I have been operating in a gray area. Legal but not the greatest. Now, though, they want to pick up all water. I need feasable ideas for p/u & reclaim. Breaking down and p/u reclaim equipment 30 times a day would greatly increase the cost but cut down on production which they won't go for. The other option is to go stationary but this would require a spotter (someone to move the equipment around) which costs money & they won't go for either. Plus the cost of having the wastewater treated. Talk about having your cake & eating it too! Need some bright ideas & outside eyes for some advice.
