Free downloadable brochures - Mar 3rd, 05, 09:33 PM

Hey everyone I have been meaning to post the links to a couple of environmental brochures.

All of these are from either the US EPA or from the State or Counties in California. But if you are looking for some cool informational brochures when discussing compliance with customers these come in handy. Oh, and by the way, the first one here is the one that PWNA is charging $10.00 for. It is free either to download, or you can order multiple copies directly from the website .

I will post the other 4 here in a minute....

Hey everyone!!! I don't think I have enough room to describe all that I have been up to!!! A little of this, a little of that. I have gone truly environmental. For those that know my "story" I took that ball and am still running with it!! Since I had to close my pressure washing business, I am mainly doing environmental consulting work. Both water quality and air quality. It has been fun! But my pressure washing business is where it all started, so that is why you all see me in here from time to time. I still keep up with all of the environmental laws and the storm drain run-off issues, so that is why I posted the brochures. Got to keep everyone up to date!!

Just an observation... If thats a customizable, printed, delivered brochure, $50 is not unreasonable for a hundred of them.

Ok, I pulled out a copy I got from PWNA. It is customized with PWNA info on it. (not the contractor's info, although there is room for a sticker or stamp for your company)

Also the PWNA brochure is larger and seems to have been expanded on, it looks like they used other materials from Orange County which compliment it well. The brochure is doubled. However no mention is given on the PWNA brochure that any of the content is courtesy of Orange County.

The PWNA version is a nice trifold fold out (double) as oposed to the Orange County one that is a single page trifold. ( front and back but doesn't fold out) Clearly the PWNA would have had printing costs, due to the size, the quality of paper ( very nice paper was used) and the personalization of the PWNA emblem. Too bad Orange County gets no mention. I can see making it more generic and not so west coast oriented, and they did this very well, but I don't think it would have hurt to give credit to the source. In fact, I think it would have shown that they use materials coming from an AHJ (authority having juristiction), which they are trying to work closely with. It would be a win-win to mention in my opinion.

Kendra, whose she I ask?

Oh yeah HER, howdy long wolf gal, long time no see and where is your Stetson?

Your comment I have gone truly environmental. does that mean your riding a horse now instead of driving a car?

I can say this for Kendra which she has not said and that is she is a very happy Texan now

One other thing, when I was looking into all the reclaim info Kendra was the one that came though with the best information and connections for me and it was all good too! Sure today there are more companies making reclaim stuff now but back then it was like about 3 to 5 companies and not all equal.

If I never said thanks for your help I will now, Thanks Kendra.

Drop me a line when you have time.
