While looking more into the flocculents that some companies are pushing, I came across this. Seems PWNA helped them develop a guideline for mobile washers.
Parker West in Northern CA claims to have the patent on clay based flocculents for mobile washing, and Clean Up Amercia aka Swabby uses them as well. Looking at Parkers site, I see that they promote the swabby, so I guess they are sleeping together and may share patents.
Delco offered an environmental rig with flocculents as well, but I was unable to locate any flocclent info on their site today.
Anyway for those that always have recovery questions, read this as it will help answer a few questions. I will not say it is gospel, but it is a pretty good job in a nutshell without all the confusing tech stuff that stumps some people.
