I am sure I will have more questions later. I am down in Texas and talked to the TCEQ small business liason and he stated that capturing was the way to go. He also told me that the city waste water treatment facility should be able to process my captured runoff and to register all vehicles for hauling it. I have contacted the city but just keep getting the talk to this person, no talk to that person etc. any suggestions?
Thanks

I have a Clean and Recovery rig and I love it - it saves time by recovering as I go and its faster as well - I dont charge the customer a premium rate but I am doing it in half the time. So I guess it is premium rate....
In Gwinett County they charge me $50 to dispose of 3000 gal. of waste wash water.
