Prices vary depending on what you are cornering. I doubt you will get much response without telling us your target niche.

I am targeting residential and commercial properties. I’m also not in any direct competition with anyone on the the grime scene that I know of. I have moved to Iowa. I just want to make sure that I am not pricing my self way to low or to high.

Thank you

Pressure Washing and/or roof cleaning hasn't any real guidelines in my opinion. You charge by what it's worth for you to do the particular job at hand. I flat rate everything at a rate I want or need to make it worth it to me. It never concerns me as to what the other guy is charging, his circumstances are not mine, I try and compete in price with no one, good way to make yourself unhappy or even put yourself out of work. I don't try and compete with the college student who's doing houses and roofs for $75.00 or whatever, or the part timer working for beer money,..they come and go all the time. I guess through my rambling, I'm saying charge what you need to make it worth it to you, and that should be the only guideline you need. When I started in 1996, there was nothing for me to use as a benchmark for pricing, there wasn't anyone I knew of at that time doing it,... but I priced to what I needed to get, and it has always seemed to work for me. I didn't get the internet until 2002, so I didn't even have that to use.
