1st is 1 story walls about 15 feet high. 1st 3 ft of wall is stone, then 6 ft of vinyl, and about 3 feet of drivit up top. Its 225x80 feet. There is 380 linear ft of gutters they want the exteriors cleaned. There is 2970 sqft of concrete walks (almost no gum or oil) and a 12x17 dumpster pad.

2nd is about the same on the exterior walls it's 80x100, 360 linear ft of gutters, 1540 sqft of concrete walks and 1 12x17 dumpster.

The stone has about 30 1'x1' patches of effloressence.
