Paint on yard rocks?? - Apr 3rd, 08, 11:21 PM

Have a guy wanting me to remove black paint off of decoative yard rocks. What would be the best way of removing it. And how would i price something like this?Havent seen them yet but im guessing they will be sitting in grass so ill prob need something that wont harm grass. Thanks in advance.

Sounds like a strip job. Are there a lot? What surfaces are around them? What precautions do you need to take? I'd probably do them at T & M. Thank You.

First thought is how big are they? Hot water alone will kill grass for as much as you would use, so you will either have to move them, or tarp around them. What kind of paint is also a major factor.
Soaking them in a small tub or kiddy pool may be needed.
