Just from what little information I have, about $5300 would be a basic price. Of course some would claim they can get $15k all day long, but I am not one of them..

Let's say the building is a perfect square. You're dealing with sides that are approximately 367 ft long for a total of 1,468 lnft. You're going to charge $3.60 a lnft? For 60' tall walls? I wouldn't, not even if they provided their own lift.

How much would you charge and how long would it take you to do? This is a building that is cleaned every year

Is this a basic wash, spray on & rinse off

Thats 60 cents a story figure 6 stories is 60ft, that sounds like a good ballpark for a commercial building. spray & rinse.

Ah ya'll can get it lower..lol
them figures work out to 6 cent. That be what I would want. Scott, who could get 15k for it..that's 17 cent.

Such commercial work may go for 4.

This is a hospital . s/f is off some place it has to bigger than that
Then I have to clean the windows so they don't spot up
some one has been washing it for some time i just want to get my foot in the door.I cold called this. I was told it was time to get a new face around. I just don't want to go in there with this crazy price but then again i do not want to cut my self.I think it would take around 5 days to clean..then all windows
and renting a lift...to much work for 3-5 k then again someone might be washing it for 5k....not me

Square foot is off, better figure that one out to figure price. You say 5 days then yes it would be more. The best way to handle big jobs is more man power. if its 5 days for one man, think of having 5 guys like I would do and knock it out in one day. Labor cost & materials and the rest is yours. But I always think it terms of having a large experienced crews

You know you can add rinsing agents to building wash and no added steps and windows can be virtually spot free

I think this was directed towards me, since you quoted my post.

To answer your question: I don't know what I would charge, as I'd need to know more about the building. I do know, however, that for a 60' tall building I won't touch it for $3.60 lnft, even if they provided a lift. If you would, then great, but not me. As for how long it would take? I have no idea, as I have not seen the building nor was a description of the building given, other than the sqft and the height.
