sealing a parking garage

I have to seal 240,000 sq ft of concrete for a client of mine. I have a few ideas on the best way to do it, but I would like some feedback from people that have taken on a task this size.

I would break it down to 50k sections at a time.....2-3 guys with airlesses and your good.......of course a real man would do it Rolled on with a 9inch roller by himself lol :P
