1. Go to: www.pressuretek.com for F-18 and other goodies. 2. Hit the search button above for: flatwork, concrete cleaning, and read, read, read, and read some more. 3. The pros on here will help you, but do your searches first. Yolanda P.O. Box 603 Morrow, Georgia 30260 (404) 317-3631 www.yowilfork@hotmail.com |

I do restaurants with cold water too. First, if you want to seriously do a lot of rest. get hot water. There is no substitute for good chems and hot water. Second, F-18 is a good place to start. Mix full strength and go up from there if it doesn't perform. Third, get a turbo nozzle. I got the suttner dual turbo nozzle from Northern Tool and it rocks on concrete.

Too rich for me.. This one works fine for ripping caked on stuff: http://www.homedepot.com/webapp/wcs/...3+90029+502376
After the main caked on stuff is quikly gone over a fan tip will make a tad better time or a surface cleaner will make alot better time for the actual washing. But, I would not attempt greasy dirty areas without both heat and degreaser. Heat alone beats the heck out of cold but it still no compare to heat and degreaser together. 2 stepping where ya shoot some acid down first then your degreaser is another option. A place can get cleaned with heat alone and then 2 stepped the next and while in process it will look like it hadn't been touched the night before . Is why I would recommend it from the get go on bad places. Sodium Hydroxide, mix it up,stick finger in, if finger bleeds, mix is strong enough. Apply to sidewalk, let work. Hose off with Hot water. Re apply as needed.

Brownsville is not tiny, I would take a stroll into my local dealer. Get familiar with the chemicals they have over the counter. You can but them onsite for this job, sounds like time is important. Time is also money. The online dealers are great, when you have more experince and know exactly what you need. By local... when you have become smarter and perfect the art of commercial work you will then be able to start saying by online ordering. I cant tell you how many guys that start new call me and say ron you wanna buy this or that, I never use them . These guys gave good advice, I like northern for the turbo. Bob sells good stuff, I think you have people closer if you should have a problem. Good luck Turning Dirt into $$$$$$$$$$ www.pressurewashinginstitute.com Call Anytime 602-694-2680 |
