Inside the Whole Foods -
Jun 2nd, 08, 11:29 PM
I clean the outside of the Whole Food stores in my area and yesterday the store manager ask if I could give her a quote on cleaning the inside floor areas of the butcher, deli, bakery and fish departments. The areas are behind the counters and include the walk-in coolers and freezers. The floors are all tile and well drained, all carts and food items will be moved from area during the cleaning process. The areas will be cleaned in 2 differant time frames at night.Anyone with exsperence in this type on cleaning or currently doing these types of job I'm open to your thoughts and advice.I have the systems to do the job. Thanks Joe

This is my expertise, I love interior work.$$$$$$
These can be tricky to bid, questions about what your doing and what they are doing. Try to call me if you get a chance. I want to write a punch list on safety o n this type of work. There are many liabiltys when doing interior work. Food contamination and temps, being quick is a factor. Being ready and being able to pick up water if drains are not working. My guy who does these and trains my poeple has been doing this for 22 years. Wehave run into about everthing and anything you could imagine. I love grocery and cost-co stores.
