Question need a baseline on pricing commercial - Jun 14th, 08, 04:39 AM

I am doing a proposal on a restaurant. 1615 ft2 of tile and grout. 1116 ft2 of concrete. the tile is pretty soiled. the concrete is heavily soil at entryway and iron patio furniture has left many rust spots. also several gum spots. some tables, chairs, and fixtures to move around and replace as well.

question is what is a baseline price for me to charge. this will be my first commercial proposal. I was thinking of .35/ft2 on the crete and 1.5/ft2 on the tile and grout. this will make total 2813. Too much or not enough or ok. By the way i'm in Alabama.

Your thoughts?

Thanks

Way to much!.....Down here about .10-.15 per sq on concrete maybe .20 on the floor, and 75.00 to remove rust spots or just figure your time....Less than $500

Figure out how many hours the job will take you. Then figure out how much the job will cost you. Then decide how much net income after that you would like to make to successfully meets the needs of your business and yourself.

Those numbers for each company are as varied as peoples own fingerprints. Only you can know how much to charge to meet your needs.

The concrete price..doable.
The tile and grout price..no way no how unless ya have a nieve customer.
Such work can go for 3 cent to 50 cent. $150- $200 is a profitable figure with non pressure wash equipment.
