Exclamation Restaurant Bidd!!!!! - Jun 25th, 08, 02:49 AM

I had a dinner in Chilis today its only 2minutes away from my house. O ya please keep in mined that im just a rukie in this. On the way out i've seen a lot of old gum on the sidewalks, so I thought I go back in ask if they need someone to take care of that. I talk to a manager and she said that they do need to take care of that, she thought of buying a small machine and have some employes do the job, but she said if my price would sound good she would consider. She was living, so she left me with a assistant manager and he walk around the property and to the back deck. "SEE PICTURES BELOW" After taking for some time to this guy, he told me that the regional manager is stopping by their restaurant on July 7 and they need to clean up.

I need to know how to price out this job and also how to aproch them maybe do this twice a year? Spring and Fall. How can I sell my self to them to get a contract for 1, 2, 3 years? PROs give up some secrets, tricks ............ Please HELP!

Hey Darco -

Just curious, but it seems as if every one of your posts you ask for advice on how to price your work. Perhaps you should take some time and tackle that yourself. Seems to me that you would have thought of that soon after purchasing your equipment. Right after that would be how to properly clean what you are cleaning.

Gotta have da hot water to get that gum off properly is my advice. Unless real fresh, doing it with cold may leave a residue that will reatract dirt soon after making job about useless...maybe you could sell it that way.
