I am back in the saddle with an acct. I lost to a "Handyman Service" 3 months ago.

This time around will be qtly cleanings on contract agreement.
Acct. holder simply said his handyman was incompitant at pw'ing.

I kept it professional and thanked him for "coming back".

The previous phone call I asked him to keep my info as he may need me again.

Today I got the call. It could yield an additional $6k-10k with add ons for the year.
Seemed like it came right out of left field, as I had pretty much written this acct. off to a handyman.

But now, at least,the acct. holder is a little more educated and knows where the real bang for the buck is for 8 locations.

I remember you posting that loss some time ago. Congrats on getting it back. I guess the way you handeled lossing the account in the first place
is what got them to call you back AND Im sure you must have been giving them quality results prior to the cancelation - that is why they called you back . Of course, after doing there, see what you get for a cheaper price experience.

I should have locked them into qtrly to begin with, but he just wanted at will call with the locations.
But now he knows the drive thrus stay cleaner the more often they are serviced.

True I was upset with the handyman ( and hope he learns from his mistakes), but remaining professional through out the process has helped keep my name looping in the PM's mind," just in case"
