Anybody doing any cleaning for them? Had some interest in having us clean the front entry's on a specific location. I stopped by and there's a good deal of gum and general dirt, spills, etc.. Pretty straight forward stuff.

Anybody have any experiences with them?

Most in my area have been taken over by Target or Wal Mart, not too many left. When they were in Bankruptcy, they were bought out by Sears and all talks of cleaning went out the window.
Friends did them in other areas and had no complaints.

I service 2 of them up here, but not the concrete. We do sign cleaning because of the bird crap. We contract through a sign company for the work, so we don't deal directly with Big K.

I've tried a few in my area, but all were cheap, Walmart is killing them.

Greg, your talking about and intial cleaning averaging from what we see. about 1100,00 to 1800,00 across the store fronts.

If they still have garden centers and automotive which around here those have shut down on most locations.

I have seen a want to change the image with these and we have done a few and landed them on maint programs. Doorways only for 225.00 monthly.

I hope that helps, They pay regular and very different from the old K-mart mang.
