Intermediate Question going rate for environmental concrete cleaning?

I am going to clean about 16k sf of concrete. The company is very picky about any water entering the storm drains. What is the going rate (sf)for cleaning concrete and reclam of water? also wanna know what you guys are charging per sf for concrete sealing. and what sealer is best to use. I understand that the price will vary from city to city.(Just looking for a general idea.) thank you guys for the help.

Do you have a reclaimer? I dont charge any extra to recycle or reclaim

Posting prices on an open forum is kind of taboo. You'll get few responses for that kind of info. Charge what YOU need to make a profit.

I dont have to reclaim any water here,sorry i could not help there.But we seal a lot of concrete and brick pavers and we charge .55 sf to clean and seal.We use a lot of H&C paver sealer and it seem to work well.

There is no going rate, just charge what you need to and if they are really concerned, they will understand. Pricing varies from block to block and from one recovery method to another, so do what you need to do and get the job done.
