Anyone interested in helping out on a large office park cleaning in Atlanta?

I will be proposing a cleaning job on approx. 200,000 sq ft of flat concrete and 3 buildings that are 4 stories high. Need additional equipment and manpower on site if and when I get the job. I know the property manager well and the only one proposing. I need some help on pricing so that I can negotiate with the manager. Any suggestions? I was kicking the idea of just charging an hourly rate since the work is so spread out lots of vertical cleaning. Google earth view of property with the three buildings.

I can be there for a weekend of the price is right and that pirce isn't cheap,but there isn't enough detail for me to venture a guess as to price.I see a need for 3 to 4 rigs and 3 lifts at least.
They will balk at an hourly rate for sure.
