A non adjustable Xjet that cost more. On the other hand I am selling a circular object that I have reinvented that will change the world for ever. Good Luck and I hope you make a ton of money, might have better luck selling to non-professionals though. I would go after the home owner type that does not know better.

Looks well made. It'd be nice to have on with a variable fan spray pattern. It'd be great where ever you need a really strong wash mix. Otherwise I'd rather downstream!

... As a matter of fact the Pro-Jector makes cleaning so simple the average homeowner can wash a 3000sq ft 2 story home in 2 hours or less guarranteed. No more spending your entire day washing your house or needing a proffessional service to clean your home. The Pro-Jector will save you so much time and money it will pay for itself on the first job...

    Italics and bold added.

So why would you be promoting this product on a pw contractors bbs?

    thank you for your feedback.

the end of the Pro-jector is threaded for a 1/8npt fan nozzle of your choice.

the product was developed by myself as i have been a proffessional cleaning contractor for 10 years,2 years ago we opened a Manufacturing business with the drop in new construction and the ongoing drought and have developed many product for many industries that are sold via web.

i have supplied local contractors with this product over the last couple years with success so we decided to offer this item to homeowners and contractors alike globally

we offer a money back guarrantee for anyone who would like to try our products.

    thank you

It has a use if the end is tapped for 1/4 inch but no other use for me without that. Can you custom make one?

there is the possibility of manually changing the dimensions you request.

if you would like to send an email to timhays@pro-jector.com explaining the application and your requirements i would be happy to provide you what you need.

interesting enough the Pro-jector was developed for the brick cleaning industry, where the efficiency and quality of your cleaning combined depends on the concentration of you cleaning solution.

also in situations where you need to get the cleaning solution to great heights without the need to climb ladders to reach.

when downstreaming you cannot get the concentrations we desire while cleaning new construction brick.

downstream chemical injection is fine for multiple purposes but there is a lag time moving the cleaning agent thru 100-300 feet of hose and the time of clearing the solution thu that same length of hose as well.

also if you are using an adjustable wand you will not be able to use the low pressure for cleaning along foundations and edges of sidewalks without siphoning your cleaning solution thru the hose at the same time.

also in new construction when cleaning garage floors of paint you cannot apply via downstreaming a solution concentrated enough to remove the paint overspray from the floor,,using the pro-jector that is not an issue.

there are pros and cons for all the various detergent injection systems currently on the market, however in all the years of contract cleaning i liked this one the most, and there are nozzles to insert into the end of the injector for close range application

we will look into a variable nozzle attachment for integration into the pro-jector in the near future.

    thank you

I will keep this reply on here Tim as others may have something similar in mind. I need something that will thread between the gun and lance. The threads need to be 1/4 and the outside needs to be beefy as to support a 79' lance. These are already being custom made for around $160 so if you can compete with that price modified then you may sell a lot of them. Also there needs to be a set of proportioners included that can change the draw ratio up at least to 20:1. Let us know what you come up with

Just wondering how this is different from the old style and M-5 versions of the X-Jet?

    The X-Jet M-5 claims a 2:1 ratio.

The old style X-Jet has 1/8" threaded end for a 1/4" to 1/8" reducer bushing that you connect to a soap nozzle for close range washing.

Not trying to argue, just wondering what the difference is?

    Thank You.

Christopher,in our area in 2003 we were accustomed to an injector similiar to the one we manufactured but it was welded together and supply was spotty at best.

being a brick cleaner by trade these welded injectors would last about 3 months and they would fall apart at the welds due to the heavy acid concentrations we used, all the local brick cleaners were having the same issue.

since the supply of this item was erratic i began handmaking these injectors and supplying myself and local contractors with this item, wasnt the best way but it worked.

in 2008 i started doing CAD CAM design and cnc machining manufaturing items as a business for a hobby industry i am in,we were approached by the same local contractors we have been supplying injectors to over the years and were informed that they either could not obtain or were not happy with the local supply of acid injectors and were looking to purchase from us again,

at that time we decided to create this new version called the pro-jector using our skills as CAD designers and CNC capabilities, and our passion for the industry.

the Pro-Jector is the industries first acid injector that is completely Computer Aided Designed Complete Assembly, what we mean by that is every component was designed to work together from a ground up no restrictions to work around concept for optimum performance function and ergonomics, the other injectors on the market although they function similiarly are assembled using components that are sourced from common hardware items and integrated together in a way to achieve its function.

to answer more specifically what sets our injector apart from others on the market we addressed the issue of previous welded together injectors by manufacturing our injector in modules that are threaded together to allow a longer service life,as well as being able to replace the various modules if needed without replacing the entire component,at a fraction of the cost

our design is very functional, appealing to the eye and built from materials that are resistant to corrosion.

we have proprietary design elements incorporated into our injector that is different than the other injectors on the market which have allowed us to file for patent and trademark status with the united states patent office.

this item is the first in a very long list that we want to bring to the pressure washing market to make everyones job easier and more enjoyable and more efficient.

we welcome anyones suggestions ideas for new products and are more than willing to go above and beyond to earn your business whether you are a customer or a distributor.

    thank you

a proportioning system is easily integrateable into our system, our current injector can be shortened and remachined to accept the lance into the end with plenty of support for the lance.

if its possible please include picture of your current setup and what you are doing with this to aid in the best engineering for your application

you can do this here or email me if you like.

    thank you
