Which printer do you recommend?

There are so many different printers and companies that offer them that I thought I would ask if you guys have any opinions as to the best. Here is what I am looking for:

35 mm photo quality something as fine as 2-3 picoliter droplets.
Refillable ink wells (sick of paying $40 for new ink cartridges on my HP)
Speed is not important

I use an HP Deskjet 99cxi Professional Series. You can print super 8x10's or smaller. Great quality.. Superb. This would be for your home PC.

If you are looking for one on your labtop go with the canon i80.

Just for a credibility check... I owned and operated a photography business for two years. The quality of both of these printers is great. Photo-quality.

We have two, one is an ink jet, the other is our primary printer. It's the HP 4550 Color Laser Jet printer.

I swear by HP printers. I have had no problem printing pictures on either of my 3 hp deskjet printers, and also refill all of my cartridges which is a big cost saver.
