I think Tony (A+) may have posted this link awhile back but in case it's gone missing, this link is for Windows XP users. Scroll down and find the Resizer - it's a small download and boy does it make resizing a breeze. Just right click on your photo and resizing is in your dropdown menu  Celeste Esse quam videri "Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind." -Dr. Seuss

IfrfanView - for Windows XP as well. Free and pretty easy to use. Nice additional feature after you've downsized your photograph, you can select Option > Sharpen; this will sharpen the fuzzy details in your smaller photo. scott
