Photoshop Elements users? Need help... - Aug 6th, 06, 01:26 PM

There is something about adobe products that seem very unintuitive to me. both Photoshop Elements and Pagemaker have been rediculously hard for me to figure out. Pagemaker was a joke trying to learn. Forget it.

My issue right now is trying to simply get my logo onto pictures. I'd like a transparent background, so do I need an .eps or vector type logo file?

I used to have more patience for this stuff. Lil' help please!

I've managed to make our background transparent in our Fireworks program using a jpeg file so I'm thinking that the vector or eps would not be a requisite.....but then again, I just plunge blindly along - I can never remember how I do something (except when it's wrong LOL)

To make life simpler, save your logo as a transparent .gif then superimpose it over any picture you would like as a layer.
