I do it from time to time. My fax is an "all in one" and that is what I usually use. But if you are needing help setting it up I can help. You don't need any software, it's built into Windows XP (if that's what you are using).

OK... this isn't a step by step, but hopefully I don't forget anything since I'm telling you this from memory.
First, add the fax service... Go to Start ---> Control Panel ---> Add and Remove Programs. On the left side, choose Add Remove Windows Compnets Choose to add the Fax service Then go to Never mind. Read and do this! Just remember that when you are viewing the document you want to fax, you MUST choose FAX for the selected printer. You can fax almost anything using this method since the "fax" is a "printer". http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/u...october21.mspx 251-252-1153 |

I paid $75 for an all in one and when I installed it, it did everything for me. I type my newsletter or flyer, select print, chose fax under printer. Open the address book hit select all and hit print. Go to bed. Wake up in the moring with about a dozen or so pieces of paper from the faxes that did not go thru. Works like a charm. My monthly newsletter requieres about 30 minutes of actuall labor, the puter does the rest.
