Thanks guys

I woke up this morning thinking about this video and what I wanted in there...I think I may have to buy a "real" video edit software to really pimp it out...

Oh yeah, wanted to mention for you woodys....this may be the ticket for foaming decks and stuff...it's a pretty mild caustic mix that foams right out of the box (or jug...whatever).

It will still etch and burn metal though, just be careful. I've seen a lot of homes using copper for exterior character

oh yeah, I wanted to ask you about this Josh....

it could be my imagination, but everytime I've used it on an upblast fan now, the fan seems shinier (than normal) It didn't etch the aluminum and leave the white marks. It has really impressed me. I'm sure it would etch it if I let it dry or something, but so far, it seems to be cutting the grease and not leaving the marks behind. Is this my imagination, or has this been your experience too?

If there is grease present it will work on it. Try foaming on a semi dirty fan, the areas not covered by grease will turn colors.

Excellent as usual Ant... I really like the editing showing the foaming, dwell, and final results. That might make a good before/after postcard showing before, with foam cleaning and then final result. I am sure a lot of businesses do not Fear The Foam or have a clue about it yet.

Ant: I know this is an old thread but I see you used Super Doug did you have to add foaming chem when I talked to Chris(Zep) he said it would foam with out. By the way awsome vid. Another question how did you test your foamer ie what do you put in chem/water to get the desired settings I know we have talked about this but i'm still fishing. Thanks dh

Chris is correct. I was actually using the Super Doug AS a foaming agent when I needed a bit more kick in my mix. I would mix my alien ant mix, then use the SD as the foaming agent. It works great and is a great product.
