considering they are only 13 bucks to replace. I wouldn't think much. Maybe 50 cents to a buck depending on what else I was cleaning.

Charge them $15 and just replace with new ones when they're not looking.

Since you know the replacement cost, charge 1/3 of that.
x 100 it should pay for the time and chems.

Oh where in the heck have I been lately... I would say $100.00 bucks and hour... If the guy knows they are that cheap he would have probably bought new ones instead of having them cleaned,, but hey some people are just that way.. I used to clean grates at a chicken plant with my machine every week or so and I got $20 PER grate , they had about 26 grates and these could have easily been washed with a garden hose.. Some people just like to watch me clean and work I guess...
