that's funny,, scraping sucks but so does using a PW as a scraper.. IMO

On most first services???? yes. Scraping is required 99% of the time I get a new account. I don't think chemicals are going to take care of something like this.

There ya go again....

Here I am trying to get people away from foaming so they stop calling us every week asking questions, then you go and post pics like that. Well, there ya go folks, give Matt a call if you need help with information on foamers and chemicals.

I don't foam anymore, I use ZEP chemicals and I scrape all the time. I know nothing about foaming or about specialty chemicals.

Scraping is too old school for me. I prefer to just foam everything and rinse it with a garden hose.

You should talk to Hummerbk, he invented that foamer, and can probably walk you through it over the phone.

This is my new foamer that I just invented 2 days ago... I will probably sell the plans to it here shortly. I now use about 32 oz of chemical per job...and that's on a pretty hard one.

32 ounces per job? Are you still using SH, PH, and AFFF?

It's nice not having to do all the "backyard chemistry" and mix all the chemicals together. That stuff is a few more dollars a gallon, but the time and space saved is well worth it. Anyone want to buy half a drum of black gold?

No, actually I got away from mixing my own chemicals. Too many "close calls". I use good quality chemicals from a reputable company that have chemists that know what they are doing. I haven't been let down yet.

That is the foamer I use. Make sure to leave the resturant doors open, go to the roof and foam down the duct. 30 seconds and you are done foaming. clean-up takes just a bit more than 30 seconds. But you can advertise that you remove all the grease from the resturant. Everything to the Grease Police Goal "bare nekkid metal" .
