It is VERY dangerous. I have heard of one guy that got some on his foot and had to have a skin graft and one guy who got it in his eye and was in the hospital for 3 days. It will burn much worse that a regular chemical mix so wear all the proper safety gear when using it. |

I have seen many get hurt as well, great advice on safety Gear. I will share a recent story. We pour our own chemicals. Our raw material comes in 55, we cut them ten to one out of the drums. after we cut safety gear is still used but really not likely anyone would get burned. We have three brothers working and the one got promoted to pour chemicals at my PHX shop that i never go by. All on his own got the brite idea that if i make this hotter we pour less and my brother will use less and we will be working less. Make a long story short the brothers got a special batch. Well, one day someone else used there truck and went out to do a job. YEP, got burned by the raw material. fortuantly he did not get hospitalized. If the chems had reach eyes or any other extremidys, a nightmare.... All is good, but silly me hasa now changed the process, ONLY SUPERVISORS CAN POUR AND ITS NOW LOCKED DOWN> WIN A Variable Pressure wand!!!! www.pressurewashinginstitute.com Call Anytime 602-694-2680 |
