I have to agree with Roger on this, the more chem you use, the stronger the mix. We are using up to 3 to 2 on our chemical mixes for the stronger (wok style, charbroiler, harder Italian) stuff and it is working great, just a foam and a rinse on most maintained accounts, and 3 to 4 foam applications on the first services.

more chem= STRONGER MIX

now i get it... you guys ben holding that one back. hu? is that one of the secrets????

ill have to try that.

JOKING

no honestly don't no much about the foam,

i have ben trying it out and.... well it's ok,,,,,im not a foam god tho....

what i do no is,

Dry foam will not work, the foam (inless mixed like some foam gods on this site do) will not do all the work, it;s not magic it's just foam, it's a really good way to add chem, because of the dwell time

You need more chem in your mix they one might think, thats why the foam can be so dangerous,

try doing wet but still sticky applications, and as it runs off or goes away add more,

wear all the safety gear, Glases, face shield, gas mask and hat,

remember the foam works on time, so if you do not let it set for a good period of time, you might as well use normal chem.

the mix thing, only the foam gods know,,, if you ask..... they will tell you to contact ZEP,

if i ever figure it out i will let you, any any one else who wants to no, no. cause i feel thats what this site is about. sharing info to other KEC,.

if you have any other questions you can all ways pm me.
like i said tho i don't no much about foam,, sorry hope this helps in some way..

GOOD LUCK,,,,,

For the exact ratio based on your foamer, you will have to experiment. Start with 2 gallons of chem to 3 gallons of water for the maintained accounts and 3 chem to 2 water for the first services and harder grease.
