Hey everyone. I am new on here and have been reading a lot. thanks for all the experience you all have shared.

I am getting together a bid on 14 Waffle House stores. I need help in trying to bid these with adding in travel, gas etc.. Can anyone give me help. This is my first District account.

knowing you will get all of them keep the price descent, but get what you can out of them, try for the millage, or just ad it in,, You could go at them hourly with a max $, you could try to do more in one day or get keys to the other locations, more $ for you in a day, cheaper for them. But it comes down to what it its worth to you, and your time. See how bad the systems are, and it they are all the same. Good Luck

With my regional accounts I try to price them all the same. You make a little more or less depending on distance, age of store, variations in system design, condition of system, etc. Some stores may be exceptions to the one price rule, so price them accordingly and document why there is price variation. Adequate profit MUST be factored in to the equation. Keep in mind , you will be tying up a considerable amount of your time. Don't underbid. The only thing worse than an unprofitable account is 14 of them.

You seem to have left out the point that WHs dont pay much. You can do them very fast though. The newer storEs have a wall mounted fan 5 foot off the ground.......SWEEEEET.

Wh's don't debate much on price you are looking at 200-225 tops per store they allways want them done between 2PM and 8 PM you can bang a WH out in 2 hrs with a 2 man crew, doing 3 a day they are easy cleans.
