Cannon foamer ??? - Aug 4th, 08, 07:45 PM

I order one of these and would like some feedback before I use it. Does it come with everything I need or is there some other accessories I need for it to produce the right foam. I LOVE FOAM. Just need the right applicator for it. The homemade pump up got me through a Chinese account (I will never do again. Bid it to low and worked 6 long hours.) account. Pumped way to much for very low application. I am hoping the cannon will produce the right amount of foam and get the foam on the hood faster. any advice will be greatly appreciated.

They work very well and simple to use you just connect it to the end of your lance and injects the chemical and mixes it with air to make the foam.

When you are done be sure to rinse it out good, there is a screen inside that can clog up if you let the soap dry inside.

They work better with the higher pressure/higher gpm machines.

The foam is too wet, can it be adjusted for a dryer foam w/better cling? I would be nice for long horizontal ducts thogh.

I have used super Doug and the foam was to wet with the cannon foamer, I now am using an Alkaline Foam mixed diluted with water that is like shaving cream . Love it now. I just got the pump up foamer that is even better for snow like foam that sticks GREAT

ok,

Now I hate my pump-up foamer because it kills my back and takes way to much time to apply to hood. The cannon foamer is never consistent but spreads the foam much faster. Also, the cannon foamer when I place the chem tube in the 5 gallon applys the foam to wet and when I use the can that came with it it applys great, but I have to stop to re-fill the can why is that please help I feel like I am not making enough money on jobs and using to much chem. Our company does the jobs right but we need led by you pros PM or call me for any advice. thanks.

Get one of these, no pumping and great consistent foam.

Sanitationtools.com has the fi-5 cheaper right now 575.00. Also there is one in dultmeier that is a wall mount but seems to be the exact same thing as the fi-5 minus the 5 gallon bucket and it lists for 538.00
