Overlay Project in Process - Jun 13th, 06, 06:25 PM

This is a partially colored project we're working on. The left side has been colored with the powder system and sealed. The right side is what the product looks like uncolored (with the exception of the integrated color in the mix) after texturing & pulling the tape. If weather cooperates, this will be completed on Thursday More pics then!

Do you have to color each block independantly?

I am on this project. Depending on the type stone pattern and effect you are trying to achieve, there are some occasions where you can color the stones prior to removing the tape. The possibilities of how to manage your colors are great! Individual coloring demands a premium price - I actually enjoy doing it more this way so I get doubly happy this type job

alright Celeste I'm sold. How long is the class and how long was it until you and Roger had a good grip on this process? I've seen some overlays but I have to say, I prefer this style over most.
How much $$$ are we talking per sf?

ONE MO' ?
hows the project at your house coming along. Have you researched any of the plant listings I posted over at DJ's forum? And have you considered large cedar planters up against your house?

ps, HEY this is my virgin post here,, what's up with that?

Mataman,
I've been wondering when you would post. Glad Celeste drew you out!

Celeste, that looks very nice! Subtle colors...I like it!

Oh, great Hey Scott taught me about photobucket. I'm going to start a photo diary of the whole painful thing on there! LOL
