I have been considering Landscape Lighting, Rather simple to install and you don't need to be an electrician in my area. I am going to do my home in the fall and possible offer it next year.

Beth mentioned deck lighting - here's one we did last summer. We have a couple more of this type installation scheduled for early fall. Pics are rough to take in the dark!
