Experienced contractors are preferred, however training is available for the right person. This is not a "job" and you're not required to take on any project that you don't want. There is no exclusivity agreement required so you are free to book as many of your own jobs as you like.

You will have a local mentor available to answer your questions and help trouble shoot should there ever be a need. Every bit of knowledge you gain working on these project with your mentor can be applied to your other work.
