Pre Mix - Sep 23rd, 07, 09:31 PM

We are contemplating making our chemicals available in premixed liquid form. Is this something that would interest you? And if yes what size would you prefer?

Would this be in addition to the powder form, or a replacement?

In addition, our powder will stilll be available. Some customers have said that prefer a liquid and we just wanted to get an idea if it was really somthing the market wants.

I rarely buy pre mixed any more as The shipping cost is horrendous. Especially when it goes hazardous. Then again Im in a major metro area that most liquids that I need are readily available.

My vote is yes, but shipping is a major factor.

We buy powder as much as possible. Some of what we use does not come in anything but liquid form, like rinse aid, bleach and foaming agents.

I do buy kits to make up a 55gal drum cause I have one and don't want to bring in more to only have to find a way to dispose of them. I only have to dispose of the 5 gal containers which is included in the regular pickup.

I would have to agree with Rich, shipping water even in concentrates is more expensive for us and I think that could also be due to the hazmat issues...but don't hold me to that, I just order and it makes it to my shop.

Rod!~

I like the idea of supper concentrated liquids. If a pint could make 10 gallons or a gallon or a couple gallons can mix to 55 gallons with water.
