New Site and Product Questions! - Jan 5th, 08, 03:43 PM

I am currently working on a new site www.theprosealerstore.com (It is not up yet) that will have contractor pricing and will get rid of the need for coupons. We will have discounted prices on everything that we carry! This site will only allow trades people who specialize in Wood Deck Restoration, Brick Paver Restoration, Stamped/Decorative Concrete, and Powerwashing to purchase. Couple of questions:

1. To do this I will need people to register, Will anyone have a problem with that?
2. Is there any products that I do not carry that you would buy if I did? Examples: certain brushes, tarps, applicators, respirators, buckets, stains, cleaners, etc.

Any suggestions and/or feedback would be greatly appreciated. For my current and any new customers this will be alot easier!

Thanks!

Please do. I really want to carry every product that a professional would use for restoring exterior wood and decks.

If you are really feeling adventurous itd be cool to see something new that compares or is cheaper than the deckster or decker.

Make one that can be used to apply straight chems would be nice. Or maybe two in one system so you dont use the same pump and hose for stain and chems. Im just storta ramblin ideas right now.

Scott,

Maybe you can find a square bristle generic ozborn version in about a 9".
Search terms may include: 5/8-11 nylon cup brush

Best china I found is the big fat 4" made in Italy where the handle unscrews to allow for pole attachment. (found at Ace).
Other then that just a a real sharp 2.5" Benmoore is all that most need.

Osborne brushes - 6" Diameter, .050" Bristle, 80 Grit, 5/8"-11 Arbor

China bristle brushes - both 4" & 6" with screw off handle - Bestt is one of the brands, I'm sure others are out there.

I already carry this one with the screw off handle. Is this what you mean? It comes in 4 different sizes but I only carry the 4" so far. Yes it is "big and fat" Kevin.

You can jam that motha into all sorts of places without it being ruined very easliy. I like the exact one pictured in the 4" and use it on two tone jobs. Since it not quite the size of 2x6 it will cut in and make short time of trim work on verticle risers and deck steps as example.

Sold. I will stock them in 6" as well as the 4". They sell them to me in cases of 6. Would you be interested in cases if they were discounted?
