The standard shaft side for the TS2021 is on the Right Hand side of the pump. If you stand at the front of the pump (the plated head end) the shaft will be on your right hand side.

The standard right hand shaft part number is TS2021. If your pump has the shaft on the left hand side be sure and order a TS2021-L.

You can call us with your questions about products, pricing, updating account info, technical advice... and it will not effect your 10% for email, fax or web orders. We, as much as you, want to ensure that you order and receive the correct parts and receive the information you need to perform your job. WE ARE AVAILABLE TO HELP, it is what we do.

What we are trying to avoid doing is walking through the entire catalog shopping and filling out your sheet for you. The general purpose of the email, fax, web program is to speed the order process for those who know what they want and don't want to waste time on the phone chit chatting. This allows us to have less labor expense and pass the savings on to you the customer. Does this mean we don't want to talk to you? ABSOLUTELY NOT.
